•Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Engineering Department, including Electrical, Civil, Structural, and Geological engineering teams. Develop engineering standards, governance procedures, and quality assurance processes. Oversee engineering activities throughout all project phases, from feasibility studies and design to construction, commissioning, and project handover. Review and approve engineering designs, technical documentation, and key engineering decisions. Support project development, investment evaluations, technical due diligence, and engineering risk assessments. Coordinate engineering activities with EPC contractors, consultants, technology providers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with international engineering standards, local regulations, HSE requirements, and industry best practices. Drive continuous improvement, engineering innovation, and process optimization across the organization. Mentor, develop, and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant Engineering discipline. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications will be considered an advantage. Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, including leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams. Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects. Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), power engineering, and grid interconnection. Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, Microsoft Excel, and similar engineering tools. Strong background in technical due diligence, project optimization, engineering governance, and QA/QC. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
