•We are looking for an experienced Head of Administration to join a leading company in Azerbaijan. In this role, you will lead the company's administrative function, ensuring efficient management of office and production facilities, administrative operations, corporate services, and support functions while driving continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Administration Department Manage office and production site facilities and infrastructure Oversee budget planning, procurement, and vendor management Manage company fleet, business travel, and corporate events Develop and improve administrative policies and processes Lead and develop the administrative team Ensure compliance with corporate standards and business objectives Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field 5–7+ years of experience in administration, facilities, or infrastructure management At least 2–3 years of leadership experience Strong knowledge of budgeting, procurement, contract management, and facility management Experience leading teams and driving operational improvements Proficiency in MS Office
•ERP knowledge is an advantage Fluent in Azerbaijani and English
