•Agromach MMC is looking for a reliable and organized Operations Assistant to support the Director in daily business operations and coordination tasks.
Conditions: Location: Baku, Azerbaijan Employment Type: Full-time Office Location: Near Milli Məclis, in the Hill Plaza (next to Hill Restaurant) Working Hours: 09:30 – 18:00, 5 days a week (Official government holidays are non-working days) Main Responsibilities: Procurement of goods from suppliers Sales support: responding to incoming client inquiries Coordination of local logistics and deliveries Organization and management of business documentation Assisting the Director with operational and administrative tasks Working with ERP program Requirements: Male, up to 30 years old Strong organizational and communication skills Responsible and proactive attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks Working knowledge of Excel and office tools Fluency in Russian and Azerbaijani Comfortable working in both office and operational environments Salary & Benefits: Probation period: 600–800 AZN After successful completion of probation
