- •We are currently looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst / System Analyst to join a dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- •Prepare detailed technical specifications and business requirements for software development projects
- •Conduct functional testing of software applications (front-end and back-end) and monitor the quality of web services
- •Analyze, improve, and oversee internal business logic and system functionality
- •Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, development teams, and business users
- •Prepare analytical reports and perform data analysis to support business decisions
- •Participate in requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design activities.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- •Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, or a related role
- •Good knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Excellent Azerbaijani language skills•Russian and English language skills at a technical/working level are considered an advantage•Knowledge of SQL is desirable•Basic understanding of APIs is desirable•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills•Ability to think systematically and contribute to product development and process improvement•Innovative mindset with the ability to think beyond standard approaches•Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills•Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities•Eagerness to continuously learn and develop new skills.
