Your Role in Our Mission We are looking for a passionate, energetic, people-oriented person to serve as a patient booking specialist (New Patient Appointment Conversion Specialist ($2,500–$3,000/mo Potential).
Performance Bonuses for Booked Appointments Breakdown Monthly Conversion Bonus*
•50-54% = $100 55–59% = $200 60–64% = $400 65–69% = $700 70%+ = $1,000 PLUS $5 per booked appointment *Show rate must remain above 75% to qualify for bonuses. The mission of the Patient Booking Specialist is to convert inbound leads into scheduled appointments in the client’s calendar quickly, consistently, and at a high conversion rate, ensuring every lead is fully pursued and every client has the maximum opportunity to help more patients. Team Member Success in the Patient Booking Specialist role is defined by consistently converting 60–70% of assigned leads into scheduled appointments placed directly into client calendars while responding rapidly, executing disciplined follow-up, and maintaining a show rate above 75%. A successful specialist fully owns their assigned clients’ booking performance, manages their workload efficiently as capacity grows, and reliably produces a high volume of quality booked appointments that directly improve client results, retention, and trust in the UCM system. Who We Are Looking For High energy personality (energetic, relational, outgoing, warm) Hungry, driven, and eager to grow within a results-oriented & impactful team Colombia-based preferably in the Central or Eastern time zone Experience in sales, appointment setting, & lead conversion Positive experience with Chiropractic (UC experience is a strong plus) Strong English communication skills, reliability, and ability to represent our brand professionally Key Responsibilities Respond to new patient inquiries quickly by phone, text, and email through our GHL CRM, ensuring every lead is contacted promptly and professionally. Convert inbound leads into scheduled appointments directly in the client’s calendar using a proven communication process and structured follow-up system. Execute disciplined follow-up, including multiple call attempts and text outreach, to ensure every lead is fully pursued. Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including call outcomes, notes, and lead status, so every lead is properly tracked. Provide weekly performance updates summarizing leads received, appointments booked, and follow-up progress for assigned clients. Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong performance, attention to detail, and responsiveness. Follow established scripts, systems, and best practices while continuously improving communication and booking effectiveness. Take full ownership of booking performance for assigned clients, helping them maximize the number of patients they are able to serve. Bring energy, enthusiasm, and relational strength to every interaction Compensation & Benefits $18,000 base annual starting salary Performance bonus on all booked appointments ($5/Booked Appointment) + $100-$1000/month bonus if conversion is over 50% Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care 100% reimbursed after 90 days of employment Major Medical Policy Health Insurance. We pay 50% of a Major Medical Policy Monthly Premiums after 90 days of employment.
