•a Master's degree is an advantage.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. It is the primary working language for all deliverables, communications, and reporting.Proficiency in Azerbaijani (written and spoken) is mandatory. It is required for engagement with vertical teams and business stakeholders, local research, and official correspondence.Knowledge of Russian is an asset that may help with access to regional sources. It carries no direct weight in candidate assessment or selection.Demonstrated analytical thinking, with the ability to turn complex datasets from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.Working knowledge of fintech, digital payments, e-commerce, or financial services, gained through professional experience, analytical projects, or relevant professional training.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, lookup functions), PowerPoint, and at least one BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
