•On behalf of Euronews , IRES is looking for an experienced Production Director (News) to join an international media project in Baku.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the daily production of live news programmes Manage studios, crews, control rooms, live links and outside broadcasts Develop production plans, shift structures and detailed rundowns Coordinate editorial, technical and graphics teams Lead major live events and breaking news coverage Support programme launches, relaunches and format development Manage and coach production teams Requirements
•Minimum 12 years of experience in TV production At least 5 years in senior production management at a national news channel Proven experience managing daily live news production Experience with a channel launch, relaunch, studio move or major format change Experience managing large teams and production budgets Good understanding of modern newsroom, studio automation and graphics systems Native Azerbaijani and good working English The role offers a highly competitive financial package, international exposure and professional training opportunities abroad.
