•Key Responsibilities Support the evaluation of energy investment opportunities through financial and commercial analysis, including assessment of project economics, returns, risks, and key value drivers. Monitor relevant market, industry, regulatory, and technological developments and assess their potential implications for the company’s projects, investments, and financial outlook. Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models for project evaluation, investment analysis, financing processes, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Support the assessment and structuring of financing solutions by engaging with banks, investment institutions, and other financial counterparties and preparing relevant financial analyses and materials. Review financial and commercial provisions of project, financing, and other relevant agreements, assess their potential impact on project economics and financial performance, and highlight key considerations. Prepare financial analyses, management reports, investment materials, presentations, and other decision-support materials for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to obtain, validate, and consolidate financial and commercial information required for project evaluation and ongoing financial analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment analysis, financial advisory, or a related field. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, investment evaluation, risk assessment, and financial planning. Strong financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to work with complex financial data and assumptions. Good understanding of corporate finance, investments, and debt and equity instruments. Ability to assess financial and commercial information, identify key issues, and translate analysis into clear and practical conclusions. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments, coordinate effectively with different stakeholders, and work independently with appropriate attention to detail. Working knowledge of the organization’s applicable financial policies, practices, and procedures. CFA, ACCA, FMVA, or other relevant professional qualifications are highly preferred.
