•“Khamsa” Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers LLC We are looking for a Junior Reinsurance Broker who is interested in starting a career in reinsurance and growing professionally in an international environment with the support of an experienced team.
Job Responsibilities
•Assisting in preparation and processing of documentation (contracts, slips, invoices, reports)
•Supporting communication with insurance and reinsurance companies
•Reviewing and analyzing proposals received from clients and insurance companies related to direct insurance operations
•Assisting in coordination of contract terms with clients and insurance companies and supporting the contract signing process
•Negotiations and placement – supporting senior brokers in negotiating reinsurance contract terms and ensuring favorable placements
•Performing required procedures for processing incoming and outgoing reinsurance operations
•Carrying out other specific official tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
•Fluency in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani
