Work Location: Offshore Construction Vessel Contract Duration: 1-year renewable Job Responsibilities
•Ensure all offshore activities are carried out in accordance with HSE procedures, plans, and company standards. Administer and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system. Conduct Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA). Deliver HSE inductions and safety training. Carry out regular HSE inspections and audits. Monitor subcontractors' HSE performance. Participate in incident investigations and reporting. Promote HSE awareness and ensure compliance with company HSEQ policies. Prepare HSE reports, maintain documentation, and monitor HSE KPIs.
Requirements
•Higher education. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HSE role within the Oil & Gas Construction industry. Mandatory offshore experience. Fluency in English and Azerbaijani . Experience delivering HSE training and induction programs. Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
