•Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate, commercial, contractual, labor, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documentation. Ensure the company's operations comply with applicable Azerbaijani legislation and internal policies. Identify legal risks and develop practical, business-oriented solutions to mitigate them. Represent the company before state authorities, regulatory bodies, courts, and other institutions where required. Support corporate governance matters, including preparation of corporate documents, resolutions, and regulatory filings. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors on strategic projects and complex legal matters. Assist management in legal aspects of business development, procurement, and commercial negotiations. Provide legal guidance and support to various departments across the organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's degree or other postgraduate qualification is an advantage). Minimum 5 years of professional legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment or reputable law firm. Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani corporate, commercial, labor, and civil legislation. Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Strong business acumen and ability to provide practical legal advice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Azerbaijani is mandatory.
