•Position Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Deputy CFO) to support the Chief Financial Officer in leading the organization's financial operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, internal controls and strategic decision-making while helping to ensure the organization's long-term financial sustainability.
Responsibilities
•Assist the CFO in developing and implementing the organization's financial strategy. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management, the Board member. Monitor organizational performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions where necessary. Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast. Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization. Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives. Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization. Support external audits and coordinate responses to audit findings. Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team members. Contribute to strategic planning and organizational decision-making through financial analysis and insights. Act on behalf of the CFO when delegated.
Requirements
•MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Professional certification –ACCA, CIMA, PMS Minimum of 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in finance or accounting, including leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls. Thorough understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards. Experience with financial management systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders. Excellent report-writing and communication skills.

Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week from 09:00 till 18
