•About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Control Manager to oversee technical control and construction monitoring across a portfolio of large-scale development projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with technical standards, contractual requirements, quality, and safety while protecting the Client's interests throughout the project lifecycle.

•Full-time Key Responsibilities Lead technical control and construction monitoring activities. Review design documentation and assess technical risks. Monitor construction quality, progress, and contractor performance. Lead multidisciplinary technical control teams. Oversee technical office functions and reporting. Review technical aspects of contracts, payments, and change orders. Coordinate with government authorities and external stakeholders. Drive Value Engineering and project optimization initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master's preferred). Minimum 18 years of construction experience. 6–8+ years in a senior construction leadership position. Experience on large-scale mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments (100,000+ m²). Strong knowledge of project controls, construction methodology, and risk management.
