•A leading international company is currently seeking a Legal Counsel to support its growing operations. This role will play a key part in providing legal guidance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the business in various legal matters. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements Ensure the company’s operations comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements Manage, register, and protect the company’s intellectual property rights Monitor compliance with data protection legislation and internal headquarters policies Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them Support internal stakeholders on legal matters related to business operations Requirements Higher education degree in Law Proven experience in corporate or commercial law Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks Experience in contract drafting and negotiations Understanding of data protection and intellectual property matters is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluency in English and Russian (Azerbaijani is an advantage) Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
