•Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative coordination, document management, office communication, and providing general support to management and staff.

•Full-time Key Responsibilities Manage daily office administration and ensure efficient office operations. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails. Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business schedules. Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Organize travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and business trip logistics. Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers and service providers. Welcome visitors and provide administrative support to management and employees. Assist with various operational and administrative tasks as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or office management experience. Fluent Russian language skills (mandatory). Good command of Azerbaijani language. Good command of English language (written and spoken). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
