•Conducting analysis related to developed products and services
•Conducting user research to identify current pain points, challenges, and needs among users
•Identifying pain points and improvement opportunities in existing processes using Customer Journey Mapping methodology
•Developing and implementing detailed designs across various devices and platforms to shape and enhance the overall user experience
•Translating concepts and ideas into projects, wireframes, and functional prototypes
