Key Responsibilities
•Manage technical operations and project execution activities. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. Drive technical excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support strategic planning and alignment of technical activities with business objectives. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
•Higher education in Engineering or a related technical field. Proven experience in a senior technical and project management role. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing large-scale industrial, engineering, construction, energy, or infrastructure projects. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Fluent Azerbaijani, Russian, and English language skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
